With a passion for service and a dedication to building connections, Pablo Chame has spent his entire professional career in the service industry - working closely with people from a diverse array of backgrounds. After running a successful garage door and gates company in California for many years, Pablo made the bold decision to relocate to South Florida with his family, seeking new opportunities and adventures.

In his new role as the Creative Director for Yard Sentry Landscape Lighting, Pablo brings a wealth of experience and a keen eye for detail. His training alongside industry expert Derek Sullivan has equipped him with the skills and knowledge necessary to create stunning outdoor lighting solutions that enhance the beauty and functionality of any space.

Pablo's commitment to customer satisfaction and his ability to understand his clients' needs have been key to his success. He thrives on the challenge of transforming outdoor environments, ensuring that every project reflects his customers' visions while providing innovative and efficient outdoor lighting solutions.

When he's not designing - Pablo enjoys fishing, gardening, soccer, drinking Argentinian mate, spending quality time with his family, exploring the vibrant culture of South Florida and rooting for Messi & Argentina.

Derek Sullivan’s career in lighting began in 1996 where he was hired to run the outdoor lighting division for Northwest Electrical Contractors in Boise, ID. He soon realized that he had a natural talent and passion for the art of exterior lighting. In 2000 Derek decided to open his own company. By 2002 Derek’s skills had gained national attention and he relocated to Florida. Once permanently settled on Florida’s east coast, Derek opened Yard Sentry, Inc. which was later changed to Yard Sentry Landscape Lighting by Derek Sullivan, Inc.. In 2007 Derek accepted his first overseas project in London and he has continued to design and install custom projects for high profile clientele both residential and commercial in the United States, and around the world ever since.

• Personally designed over 10,000 residential and commercial lighting projects worldwide.
• Has actively participated in the design and field testing of the latest and greatest LED product lines in the landscape lighting industry for the past 10 years.
• Currently a consultant for lighting designers, landscape architects, electricians, manufacturers, and others both nationally and abroad.

Derek lives and breathes Lighting Design but when he is not creating outdoor inspirations for his clients he is likely enjoying his favorite hobbies- Scuba Diving and Spearfishing. Derek is a licensed Scuba Instructor as well as an AFPA accredited Master Trainer with qualifying certificates in Nutritional Counseling and Sports Conditioning. Derek is married and a proud father of four beautiful children.

A local to Indian Harbour Beach, FL, LEED AP accredited, and Florida GC licensed with a degree in Civil Engineering; Kevin Thomforde is a Landscape Lighting Designer for Brevard County, FL and the surrounding areas. After earning his degree at Florida Tech he pursued a career as a Project Manager for a global construction company and built schools, hospitals, hotels and condos. His extensive years of experience in Commercial Construction Management make him ideally suited to independently create lighting designs and partner closely with Landscape Architects and Contractors to have lighting designs come to life.

When Kevin started his family he had an exciting opportunity to relocate them to Satellite Beach and open the Brevard County branch for Yard Sentry Landscape Lighting. Since opening the local office in 2011, Kevin has beautified many residential homes and commercial properties with his lighting, most notably; Tropical Trail, Lansing Island, Riverside Drive, Suntree, Lake Washington and Melbourne Beach. He has established himself over the years and is well-known and trusted in the community.

When Kevin isn’t designing and installing beautiful lighting he enjoys spending time with his family, boating, going to the beach, scuba diving, running and battling it out at Trinity Fitness.
